Organisation chart

The organisational chart primarily shows a classification into four categories:

• Supervision of Financial Institutions
• Supervision of Financial Markets
• Direct Supervision Support
• Management

In addition, there are some minor staff units. A second classification principle is the bundling based on areas of operations and areas of expertise. The third classification principle is the distinction between tasks that are more project-based and tasks that are more process-based. The fourth principle is that the spans of control of the heads of the Organisation Units must be roughly similar.
